The HistriX project, born from the collaboration between the musician Paolo Giovannini and the artist Cesare Reggiani, is based on the dialogue between music, visual art and poetry.
HistriX produces music for art exhibitions, concerts, installations and video art.
Images, readings, films or exhibitions are often contemporary to their concerts.
In 2016 he composed four instrumental pieces for the artist's book "Perimetro e bilancia" by Alessandra Bonoli.
HistriX has also produced two books/CDs of poetic texts set to music: "Nell’Anima" with lyrics by Paolo Melandri and "Demons" with lyrics by Massimo Montevecchi.
"Inside the Labyrinth" is a book/CD with eight instrumental tracks composed for various artistic collaborations.
